Sheamus Endorses Finn Balor, Solomon Crowe Wins 2CW Championship

- WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus endorsed NXT champion Finn Balor on social media and posted the following on Twitter:

- Sami Callihan, who went by the name Solomon Crowe in NXT, won the 2CW Championship at an event on Sunday night. 2CW Champion Sean Carr issued an open challenge after defeating Joe Gacy in a match. This led to the lights suddenly going out, then came back on, and Callihan was in the ring. Callahan hit a superkick then locked in a submission to win the title.

  As noted, Callihan asked and was granted his release from WWE earlier in the week.
