The title is being relinquished due to Balor suffering a shoulder injury during his SummerSlam match against Seth Rollins.In an update, the WWE Networks Raw Pre-Show has announced that Balor will likely miss up to six months of action due to the injury that he sustained, which, as previously reported, is likely to require surgery.
